You will provide advice and counsel to office leadership and staff members on a range of human resource issues and policies.

Qualifications

  • University degree, ideally in Human Resources, Law, Psychology; Master's degree is a plus
  • 2+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a professional services firm
  • Experience working with HR, or you have an educational background in HR, with a thorough understanding of Danish employment law and finance
  • Problem solving skills and capability of thinking through nuanced and complex situations
  • Outstanding organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail
  • Comfortable with multi-tasking, working under pressure and prioritizing within a fast-paced, demanding environment
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills (oral & written) at all levels; strong influencing capabilities and ability to deal with challenging and conflicting situations
  • Service and solution orientation
  • Good judgment, strong integrity, maturity and fairness in dealing with people and confidential information
  • Confident and decisive decision-making, including the ability to stand by and explain decisions through resistance of involved stakeholders; the ability to find compromises
  • Flexible team player with a collaborative style
  • High level of drive and initiative, willing to go the extra mile to improve existing processes and implement innovations
  • Experience in working in SAP SuccessFactors
  • English and Danish language fluency

Who You'll Work With
You will work in our Copenhagen office as part of our People team working closely with recruiting, staffing and accounting.

What You'll Do
You will be coordinating and driving key HR processes and programs for the Copenhagen office.

Your responsibilities include managing the benefits administration process for the office, including communicating changes in benefits programs, and serving as a key contact for benefits-related questions. You will support performance management processes and databases (e.g., coordinate process, ensure data accuracy, identify design improvements). You will administer other personnel programs as appropriate (e.g., mobility, loan programs).

You will ensure compliance with local market regulatory requirements in employment law, equal treatment, GDPR, work environment etc. You will maintain and share up-to-date knowledge of relevant policy changes, trends, rules and regulations. You will communicate office-specific and firm-wide policies and procedures when necessary (e.g., address firm member issues that arise – answering questions on policy, guiding to appropriate resources. You will liaise with global and regional HR on risk management issues, policy changes, etc. and oversee regulatory compliance and implement required changes within the Copenhagen office.

Lastly, you will ensure a smooth and professional new hire process and lead and contribute to other Human Resources projects.
