We are looking for a talented and passionate Recruiter & Sourcer who will help us bring the best engineers, designers and product managers on board. We just received a $36 million Series B, and tripled in size since April last year! You’ll help us scale even more, help out with employer branding, and have a huge input on how we operate day to day.

This role will be based in Copenhagen ideally, but could be open to remote workers.

What you'll be doing:

    • You’ll report into the Director of Talent Acquisition and be responsible for sourcing and hiring for multiple roles in the Product & Engineering team
    • You’ll be given a huge amount of freedom to try new things, learn what works and what doesn't and use different methods to attract the best talent in a highly competitive market
    • You’ll be driving the full recruitment process, from sourcing to interviewing to offer negotiation and reference checks, and become certified in our personality testing
    • You’ll partner with different hiring managers in Copenhagen and build strong relationships with them, reporting on your pipeline and the progress and challenges you're facing
    • You’ll help write snappy job descriptions and be sure to learn the full scope of the roles before going out there
    • You’ll work on product and engineering specific employer branding and events, thinking up new concepts and ways to make Dixa the number one choice for applicants across EMEA

    • You've worked in-house on technical recruitment before, with a successful track record, and you're looking for your next big challenge
    • You thrive in a role that involves juggling different responsibilities and priorities and working towards multiple deadlines.
    • You live for candidate experience! You’re dedicated to getting candidates the right feedback at the right time, and the same for your hiring managers.
    • You are systems and process-oriented, and enjoy (or at least don’t mind…) creating useful structures and processes that add value and decrease time spent on mundane actions.
    • You are an extraordinary team player, with a positive and energetic personality and the willingness to roll up your sleeves and get the job done.
    • You're supportive and collaborative, and value receiving feedback to help you improve, as well as giving others useful feedback.
    • You have a high level of attention to detail, and strive for accuracy and integrity in everything you do.
    • You are able to work in an ambiguous environment which is regularly changing and very fast paced. You will work at a fast pace yourself, without compromising quality or candidate experience.
    • You are driven by providing a high level of customer service and success, and always want to go the extra mile to ensure we build the best possible teams for our stakeholders.
    • You will be handling confidential information, so it goes without saying that you will be reliable and have a high degree of tact, personal integrity and confidentiality.
    • You will have strong written and verbal communication skills, and will be fluent in English.
