What you will experience as a Sales Manager - Existing Business with ChemoMetec US:

Key responsibilities:

  • You will be the main point of contact in all matters between our existing customers and ChemoMetec
  • Build, strengthen and maintain client relations with our existing customers
  • You will be responsible for sales and upselling opportunities to our existing customers
  • Maintain accurate clients’ records, keeping track of any contact updates
  • Craft and send multiple direct emails and stay on top of all communications
  • Maintain accurate records in our CRM system

The ideal candidate:

  • Account Management & Sales: 2+ years (Mandatory)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers to expand current clientele
  • Possess an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor
  • Attention to detail
  • Customer service experience, e.g., retail or food industry (Preferred)
  • Eligible to work in the US – willing to offer OPT and sponsor visa for the right candidate
