As a consultant, you will work on diverse projects with start-ups to industry leaders, some days from the office in Hørsholm, some days onsite at the clients and some days remote or conducting a usability study. You enjoy the variety of tasks within the field: scoping of project activities and HF strategies, task analysis, protocols, formative and summative usability studies, and documentation as well as refining our templates and contributing to our constant strive for best practice.

And by the way: being a consultant at Technolution is not the equivalent of being a lone wolf. You will always be part of a team; at the client’s or at Technolution.

You understand the role of Usability Engineering in the development process, and you thrive working with highly qualified teams in mature organizations, as well as working with start-ups. You are experienced in working with medical devices, combination products and IVDR products, according to relevant standards, i.e., IEC 62366-1, ISO 14971, and FDA Guidances relevant for human factors engineering for medical devices and combination products. You consider yourself as a gatekeeper of product safety and high quality in execution and documentation on HF activities. You will ensure compliance and progress within each project, taking lead on projects for clients, and at the same time act as a sparring partner for your less experienced colleagues. You find it natural to build good relations with clients and colleagues.

_ Planning and executing usability activities in compliance with current regulatory standards for medical device development.

_ Preparing, executing, analyzing and reporting usability studies and evaluations.

_ Identification and analysis of use errors and use-related risks.

_ Continuous improvement and optimization of our usability procedures and templates in collaboration with your team.
