Join us to oversee the acquiring, cataloguing and security of our digital assets from Global creative teams through to our international stakeholders. This is a key part of our marketing function, which directly enables us to express our creative brand identity consistently across all channels and platforms.

Your mission
As our Digital Asset Manager, you will bring experience to a new Marketing Operations team, professionalising an essential part of our Creative execution. Your mission will be to provide a seamless experience for our many global teams activating Campaigns, Product launches and much more across multiple marketing formats.

More specifically, you will be:

  • Uploading and publishing assets in our Brand & Design site
  • Auditing the existing and proposing improvements to the cataloguing system: naming conventions, meta tags, site structure and permission levels
  • Defining the process between internal teams uploading and accessing content, from Brand Partnering to local Store Owners. Documenting and training new arrivals as well as existing team members on best practice.
  • Determine ways of working with internal and external content producers: copywriters, translation agency, video and image producers including CGI.
  • Ensuring the appropriate access permissions and rights levels throughout, to honour delivery timelines and protect our Brand integrity.
  • Be the main point of contact for our DAM supplier, Frontify, as well as our internal IT Business Partner.
  • Report on platform and asset use, identifying patterns and opportunities for optimisation in function and content.

Your location and network
You will join B&O’s Marketing, Digital & Customer Experience department in Kongens Lyngby, Denmark and report to Director of Marketing Operations. Sitting with Marketing Operations Managers and in close proximity to Global Creative and CG Studio teams.

You can look forward to working with multiple stakeholders internally and externally. You will play an integral part in the Marketing, Digital and Customer Experience department and collaborate with IT, Creative and Local Marketing teams around the globe. Externally, you will collaborate with platform providers and content producers.

What you bring
To achieve your goals in this role, you bring demonstrated experience from a Digital Asset Management role and skills from supervising projects and processes in a B2C brand. You also bring a solid eye for detail and stakeholder management that allows you to navigate in corporate environment.

Moreover, you:

  • Have perfect understanding of the numerous asset formats and versions required for marketing in a global digital environment.
  • Possess an analytical mind, bringing order but also innovation to the vast task of asset management.
  • Respect deadlines to ensure the active flow of assets throughout the Go To Market process
  • Have experience with collaboration on multiple corporate levels, both upwards and downwards as well as navigating external relationships with agencies
  • Operate in the mind of a content user, designing intuitive cataloguing solutions delivering a seamless interaction for end users with varying levels of digital literacy.
