Join us to plan and maintain our global Paid Media strategy, optimizing our paid media spend across the customer journey. This position is a 12-month fixed-term position.

Your mission
As our new Paid Media Specialist, you will oversee all our Paid Media activity as part of a collaborative media and marketing team. Moreover, you will:

  • Direct the Paid Media channel execution focused on Paid Search and Paid Social activity.
  • Develop paid media strategy to within the broader Media strategy with Senior Manager, Media using data and learnings. Optimizing audiences, bidding, channel, and platform selection.
  • Develop the existing performance and brand marketing to best suit the market’s needs.
  • Budget responsibility for the monthly allocation and pacing for campaigns. Reporting to Finance and Local Markets.
  • Stakeholder management for our six core local markets and support for non-core local markets.
  • Contribute to Campaign planning and playbooks with the Brand and Creative teams. Provide best practices and recommendations of Paid Media to guide asset delivery and activation overview.
  • Analytics – use channel and site wide data to optimize campaign planning with support from our Performance Analyst.
  • Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance, including insights into learnings and next steps for global and local stakeholders.
  • Maintain partnerships with ad platforms and vendors.
  • Main point of contact for Paid Media teams within Digital agency. Briefing all tasks in a timely manner.

Your location and network
Located at our offices in Kongens Lyngby, Denmark, you will be part of a multifaceted marketing function covering creative, data & analytics, media & communications, marketing operations and Ecommerce. You will regularly interact with all our key market teams in the UK, Denmark, US, Germany, France and many more.

What you bring
We are seeking someone with approximately 3 years paid media experience guiding the paid media strategy for a high-end consumer facing brand.

Furthermore, you have:

  • An advanced working knowledge of key platforms including Google Ads & Display Network (Keyword Planner), Google Ads Editor, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics. Experience with Pinterest, LinkedIn, Programmatic would be advantageous.
  • Experience of supervising multiple Paid Media campaigns simultaneously.
  • Experience of tactics to improve conversion and ROAS such as retargeting, A/B and multivariate testing.
  • A good understanding of the complete digital marketing mix, including organic search (SEO)
  • International experience in operating Paid Media channels across US, Europe and Asia.
  • Solid analytical and reporting skills.

  • Great communication and writing skills.
  • Fluency in English
