Join us to enable vital improvements to customer experience across the customer journey. You will be responsible for evaluating and prioritizing issues affecting end consumer experiences, as well as working cross-departmentally to outline plans for change.

Your mission
As our new NPS Manager, you will work closely with colleagues in Insights and Analytics to understand the ‘pain points’ and the moments that matter along the customer journey, providing essential input from NPS data along the way. Being a voice for the consumer will be essential and you will be expected to work with marketing, product, retail and service teams to prioritize and motivate improvements.

Moreover, you will;

  • Track and report on changes to NPS scores
  • Analyse responses to enrich our understanding of specific issues and prioritize areas for improvement
  • Work with departments to create action plans based on prioritized issues
  • Coordinate the development of new measurements across the customer journey

Your location and network
You will join the Data and Insights team who sit within our Global Marketing function. This team is responsible for providing Insights and Analytics across the organization, as such you will enter an exciting environment with many opportunities to influence both strategic and tactical business direction. This team has consistent contact with the group leadership team, regularly providing perspective and recommendations for the most pressing questions in the business.

Location: Kongens Lyngby, Denmark. We like to maintain a presence in the office, but there will be some flexibility to work remotely. There is an expectation to travel approximately 5 days per year

What you bring
We are seeking an individual with experience organising NPS programs to bring about positive change for end consumers.

Additionally, you have:

  • A methodical mind-set, with the ability to turn massive amounts of raw data into actionable insights for the business
  • Professional communication skills, allowing you to work closely with colleagues from a variety of areas and backgrounds.
  • Experience with both qualitative and quantitative analysis
  • Ability to work with limited supervision to prioritize issues and deliver on action plans
  • Solid communicator and storyteller
