Job Description
As the market leader in the Nordic payment terminal market, Nets has customers in multiple industries and types of sales locations which are using various Nets payment terminal products. Your task is to plan and manage transitions in this installed base of payment terminal products. This relates to shifting Nets merchant customers to use newer payment terminals via replacing products that are at the end of their life cycle.
Key responsibilities and tasks are:
- Lead a long term transition program targeting to reduce installed base complexity and risk.
- Transition program planning and execution.
- Stakeholder management and coordination in the full value chain from sales to operations to supply chain.
- Product management responsibility for select end-of-life products.
- Member of Estate Management team, which one of the product teams in the Nets Products & Engineering organization.
Qualifications

Your qualifications are:
- Experience in medium volume hardware and software product transitions and transformations as either a leader or a member of a transition team.
- Experience in b2b physical (hardware) product business, mid to large sized organization.
- Great networking and communication skills.
- Analytic and process-oriented mindset.
- Will-do and hands-on attitude.
- Payments industry expertise is a plus but not a necessity.
- University degree is preferred.
- We work across Europe in a multi-cultural setting. Our working language is English so having excellent English skills, both oral and written is a must. This position is initially focused on products in the Danish market, so fluency in the Danish language is a must as well.
