In this role you’ll make an impact by:

• Manage the Recruitment Case from the time it is created until closed and document all the details of the case
• Posting, Interview Scheduling
• Work closely with the relevant Recruiter/HR/LOB on a case-by-case basis and provide system support where needed
• Where relevant, source applications for open positions using different Job Boards and also Professional Network (LinkedIn, Facebook etc.). Also interact with candidates through phone or email or through professional network sites including LinkedIn
• Create and maintain Job Board information, Agency Contact List, User List in the Recruitment system
• Support system training to new PO team members when relevant
• Work with IT team to fix any system issues

• Generates professional reports (Adhoc and scheduled) which are comprehensive, concise and error-free

• Participate in team meetings and provide inputs on process improvement
• Review and update process documents pertaining to the SOP followed within the team
• Support scheduled and Adhoc work where needed such as 360 Survey, project work etc.
• Handle variety of questions from both internal and external stakeholders related to employee data

Potentially relevant experience:

• Graduates in any discipline and should have worked in Global HR Shared Services or HR Support services
• 5-8 years' of experience from HR Support/Administration experience from Global Recruitment Support team
• Working knowledge of Application tracking system (ATS) IBM Kenexa 2xBrassring, knowledge of MS office including Excel
• Excellent communication skills (Written and Verbal)
• Exposure to Sharepoint 2010 and 2013 and exposure to Workday is preferred.
• Should be able to build cohesive relationships with other team members.
• Prior knowledge of Recruitment is preferred
• Open/Enthusiastic to undertake new responsibilities which will provide new learning opportunities
