We invite you to take on a key role in our international team being responsible for our global Speak Up programme. You are either an experienced lawyer or a last year assistant attorney with a Danish law degree who want to work part time (25 hours a week with a possibility to extend the working hours later) in a very interesting job working with our whistlerblower/Speak-up function in coordination with the Head of Investigations.
To succeed in this role, you are driven by working with business integrity, the ESG agenda, global anti-corruption laws, whistleblower regulations and other legal areas, you have aproactive attitude and are motivated by ensuring that all types of cases within our Speak Up programme are investigated and processed in a professional and impartial manner.
You will be joining a global function with other legal experts and will work closely with other group functions and business teams to conduct and oversee corporate compliance investigations arising out of alleged misconduct raised through Ramboll’s various reporting channels.

You will report directly to the Head of Investigations and be part of a diverse and dedicated team that is ambitious and enjoys working together. We share a commitment and passion for supporting our business across the world.
Your key tasks and responsibilities include:
- Handling inquiries from employees to the Speak Up function
- Handle cases reported under our Speak Up programme, including managing internal stakeholders to address reported allegations
- Manage notification, recording and reporting process related to investigations on own cases
- Work with senior management to assess and address significant legal risks associated with investigations
- Help ensuring that the organisation remains up-to-date with any changes to the Whistleblower regulation
- Contribute to the development of our internal procedures and toolbox for handling of Speak Up cases
