Join us as our new Digital Savvy Account Manager (Remote Sales), Agriculture and Industrial Biosolutions Division
You will be responsible for driving the business with a portfolio of customers, handle and convert incoming digital leads, and at the same time, be part of a team that is driving a sales digital transformation, rethinking the way we sell and serve our customers at Novozymes.

We use science to advance industries, and our vision is to provide biological solutions that help feed and fuel a growing world. You will work closely with digital marketing, global marketing, technical experts and other sales teams, and will be able to deliver business impact in short time.

In this role you’ll make an impact by:

  • Complete ownership of selected customer segments
  • Develop and implement up-to-date remote selling/digital selling best practices
  • Defining the future way of selling at Novozymes, testing new ways of approaching and serving customers
  • Collaborating across functions in building digital assets to boost customer experience and generate leads
  • Efficient and timely digital lead qualification and handling. You are the first point of contact to customers.
  • Driving digital leads all the way to sales. This might include lead generation through targeted cold calling, emailing, etc.
  • Capturing customer and market insights and leveraging them to adapt the value proposition or to define new innovation needs

To succeed you must hold:

  • A B.Sc or MSc degree in science or business. Experience with chemical or biochemical science is an advance.
  • Interest for industrial and agricultural applications, building understanding of our solutions is key.
  • Minimum 3Y of sales or technical sales experience, with proven track record in converting customer needs into opportunities, and negotiating and closing sales deals
  • Experience with remote selling and digital enabled sales is an advantage
  • Ability to quickly assess feasibility of leads, prioritize and define action plan
  • Outstanding networking skills to tap into organization’s expertise
  • Customer centric approach and ability to build trust with customers rapidly
  • You are comfortable working both as part of a cross functional team and independently with responsibility for your own tasks. You can handle many tasks simultaneously while maintaining focus and a positive attitude also in times of heavy workload.
  • High IT-flair. Efficient use of sales tech (e.g. Sales force, tableau, etc.) will be key to success
  • Fluent spoken and written English and German is required. Additional European languages are an advantage.

Remote or hybride from a Novozymes site.
