Join us as our new Project Product Quality Manager, One Health, Novozymes
As Project Product Quality Manager you will be responsible for the quality support in project teams where new products as well as customized products are developed. The projects will include both probiotics and enzymatic solutions for B2B and B2C in OneHealth. This involves participation in several projects and collaboration with colleagues in a global context. You will be part of a new team with quality responsibility of the OneHealth product portfolio.

In this role you’ll make an impact by:

• Drive the quality aspects and documentation of innovation projects both for New Product Development (NPD) and Existing Product Development (EPD) covering both enzymes and probiotics solutions
• Preparing quality input to project timelines including milestone descriptions and deliverables
• Utilizing your network and applying your process and business understanding in the OneHealth context
• Represent our quality organization in One Health projects covering quality, environmental and safety aspects of new solutions

To succeed you must:

• Be able to provide consistent Quality leadership and guidance when dealing with uncertainty and unplanned or complex issues
• Be able to keep a solution-oriented mindset while maintaining a strong focus on Quality standards
• Have excellent stakeholder management skills and be able to work in a NZ matrix organization
• You have a MSc degree in Microbiology, Biotechnology or equivalent scientific field and have worked at least 5 years with Food quality preferably with Dietary Ingredient/Supplement aspects. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English is a must. Experience with leadership as people or project manager is considered a plus.
