Are you Veo’s next Head of Strategy & Execution?

We seek a Head of Strategy & Execution to steer Veo’s future strategic projects and work directly with the executive leadership team. Are you an ace at keeping things on track, excellent in structuring, and do you enjoy diving into corporate strategic planning? We seek a Head of Strategy & Execution who can wrangle timelines, rally the troops, make our projects run smoother, and bring order to the wild ride of multiple projects. In this role, you own and facilitate the prioritization of Veo’s cross-functional and corporate projects, ensuring a clear sense of the direction, timing, activities, and priorities we are pursuing to succeed in our goals. Qualifications:

• Several years of management consultancy experience combined with corporate transformation experience.
• Documented history of working with C-level stakeholders and diverse teams as a servant leader and steward of economic and customer value.
• Enhanced team and business communication skills, including presentation and facilitation skills.
• Structured problem-solving skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to develop and present new ideas and conceptualize new approaches and solutions.
• Advanced interpersonal skills and the ability to motivate and communicate with various stakeholders. Constructive team member while being a leader at heart.
• Comfortable delivering and receiving constructive feedback.
• Proactively seeks high-impact work.
• A great sense of responsibility, being proactive and resourceful.
• In-depth knowledge and experience steering experienced teams.
• Contributes energy towards creating a positive team spirit.

Key responsibilities and tasks:

• Corporate strategic planning.
• Driving and prioritizing Veo’s cross-functional and corporate projects.
• Business development in everything from assessing new market opportunities, challenging Veo’s product roadmap and participating in M&A.
• Reporting to the Board on the development in Veo’s strategic roadmap.
• Strategic sparring partner to Veo’s CEO.
