About the role

To support that and our exciting growth journey, we are looking to hire an enthusiastic Sales Associate, to join our Sales team in London office, who will be reporting to the Head of Institutional Banking division.

You will be working in a highly collaborative environment, where you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through upsells of our products and solutions as well as maintaining existing accounts.

What you will be doing

• Identifying, qualifying institutional client leads and opportunities and grow own new client base and revenue over time
• Be able do prepare and present sales presentations and develop own style
• Provide excellent customer service during the sales cycle
• Ensure high quality communication to clients and help building marketing channels to raise awareness of BC
• Develop thorough company and product knowledge
• Serve as a brand ambassador for BC
• Identify how our solutions can meet IB client needs
• ​Manage and update sales databases
• ​Conduct market research
• ​Review and create internal reports on clients
• ​Reply and process enquiries from the website
• ​Create summaries of calls and meetings
• ​Schedule and set up client calls

Skills & Qualifications
To be the right candidate for this position, you should have 2 years of experience in a similar role.
We expect you to have a relevant educational background in either law, finance, or economics (BSc as a minimum). You should have outstanding verbal and written communication skills and have an excellent knowledge of the MS Office package, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

As a person, you are proactive and motivated, with an analytical and critical mindset. You are results-driven, have a strong sense of accountability, and a desire to learn and evolve. Ideally, it excites you to be a part of a fast-paced working environment and you should possess the ability to operate with urgency and prioritize work accordingly.

As Banking Circle is an international company it´s a requirement, that you are fluent in English, both verbally and in writing. If you master German language it will be an asset.

The position will be based at Banking Circle’s office in London.
