Apply now for the position of Head of Enterprise Services for Nordic and Baltic countries (NRB). Role will be located in either Finland, Sweden, Denmark or Norway. This position reports to the Head of Zone and is part of the Zone management team.

Within our Enterprise Services, one of our major global business ‘Horizontals’ focuses on Value Partnerships with some of our key customers. Value Partnerships are long-term customer engagements, combining our leading technology portfolio with other customized services (consulting, education, financing, innovation, etc.) to deliver increased value to customers.

Your role:

  • Responsible for developing and executing a plan to grow our Enterprise Services business within the Nordic and Baltics (NRB) Zone.

Who we are:

• Comfortable to interact and present at C-level / senior ministry representatives.

• Fluent English language skills (both spoken and written) essential. Knowledge of one or more local languages would be a plus.

• Experience working within cross functional teams and the ability to build solutions across multiple stakeholders in complex relationships are essential.

• Proven leadership skills and at least 5 years team/people management experience.

• Experience working in technology industry, preferably in medical devices as service/sales or business management role.

• Excellent track record of understanding customer pain points and creating value propositions to address these.

• 10-15 years’ experience managing complex business relationships, strategic planning and execution, ideally in sales, business development or business management roles.

Your expertise:

• Ensure overall professional CRM is applied and ensure compliance to all Siemens Healthineers guidelines.

• Identify, propose, support and realize specific projects, to achieve targets of new orders, revenue and profitability in line with agreed targets.

• Lead a talented diverse team of Sales, Solution Architects and Project Managers.

• Responsible for the order intake and revenue, as well as the profitability of the Enterprise Services business in assigned zone and also ensuring the Zone NRB sales volumes budget contributes to Sales ES Global and Regional Budget.
