The Position
As a cLEAN® Partner, you will not only act as a coach and strategic partner to our department leadership team, but also responsible for driving improvements on our LEAN systems and continuous improvement efforts. You will be instrumental in spearheading change management initiatives, guiding stakeholder engagement, and leading in solving complex departmental challenges.

Your responsibilities will encompass:

  • Identifying, developing, and implementing new LEAN initiatives.
  • Providing coaching and training to our leaders and employees.
  • Driving our strategy process across the factory with our leadership group.

You will play a pivotal role as a project manager and facilitator, nurturing creative processes and driving optimization and change projects both locally and across the organization.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate has:

  • A relevant academic background, preferably at master's level.
  • Experience in change management and coaching across various organizational levels.
  • Proven experience in working with LEAN.
  • Proficient communication skills in English (oral and written).

We are seeking someone who can seamlessly blend your analytical competencies with strong people skills. Your ability to engage in cross-organizational collaboration, conduct incisive analyses, and translate complex concepts into accessible language will be key. It is essential that you are comfortable working with data and possess the resilience to inspire and challenge others in a supportive and respectful manner.

About the Department
In Product Supply Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (PS API) our main goal is to support our four factories with the best possible business support, within our areas of responsibility. We are working closely together with our colleagues across the factories.

You will be a part of a Business Support department in one of our production facilities in Kalundborg, Denmark. The department is app. 100 highly engaged employees divided in 4 different teams. The department is supporting the productions within supply chain, finance, training, document handling, Process Operator Trainees, digitalization, advanced data analysis, modelling & simulations.
