Job Description
At Ordrestyring we impact and transform the everyday lives of craftsmen in the installation and construction industry. One business at a time we enable a digital shift, giving our customers more time to focus on their skills and projects, instead of administrative tasks.

We are now seeking a dedicated Support Specialist to join our shared services IT team. You will be stationed at our brand-new office in Copenhagen where you will provide technical assistance to ensure smooth office operations, troubleshoot software & hardware, resolve network issues and manage installations and configurations. You will play a central role in shaping our office operations and act as a main point of contact to our internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues (software, hardware, network).
  • Install and configure office equipment (printers, meeting room systems, etc.).
  • Provide remote and in-person support to internal stakeholders
  • Set up and maintain workstations and meeting rooms, handle equipment for on/off boardings.
  • Document and escalate unresolved issues.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in IT support or a related role.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with Windows, Mac, networking, and office technology setups.
  • Excellent communication skills, both in Danish and English.
