• The Head Of Corporate Application will be dedicated to delivering, developing, and optimizing comprehensive solutions in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Product Data Management (PDM), and Business Intelligence (BI) to that enhance productivity, streamline operations, and provide actionable insights for informed decision-making. Team ensures seamless integration and functionality across all business processes, driving efficiency and innovation.
  
• Norican Group includes the following brands: Wheelabrator - surface treatment, DISA - foundry technology, ITALPRESSE GAUSS and STRIKO WESTOFEN - aluminium melting and holding furnaces. The Norican Group supplies its services and products to 25,000 customers operating in more than 30 different industries in 100 countries and employs more than 2,000 people.

Opgaver

• Creating and maintaining roadmap for his/her area of responsibility including internal needs, as well as application lifecycle activities
• Developing Applications/services/solutions based on needs and requirements from Norican Business (Business acumen)
• Optimisations and stabilization applications and solutions
• Securing adaption of applications and following up benefits realisation of investment made on this area
• Managing budget and actual costs
• Managing team of experts and external vendors
• Delivering performance based (SLA) services for users/keyusers/management
• Establish Service management Office (SMO)
• Contributing to E4 transformation program (optimisation/transformation of core processes in a group)

Profil

• Degree in Business Administration, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience with a proven track record in a position as leader to develop and delivery application services
• At least 5 years experience with leading team of experts
• Proved records for driving change and transformation
• Comptencies with Microsoft D365, or other ERP/PDM systems
• Experience working with strategy & execution, with a proven ability to envision and drive a tactical execution effort
• Experienced in working with IT offerings within an industrial setting
• Fluency in written and spoken English
