If yes, then come and join our Change, Culture and Value Realisation Team as Change Partner within the Regulatory, Quality and Clinical Reporting (RQ&C) business unit.

The position
As Change Partner, you will drive multiple change management activities for one (or more) projects.

Some of your key tasks will include:

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement change management strategies.
  • Developing and delivering engaging training and/or communication programs and materials to support organisational change initiatives.
  • Planning and delivering key change management activities such as Change Readiness surveys, Change Impact assessment workshops and leadership engagement.
  • Engaging with project stakeholders to drive engagement around the change.

The project(s) that you join will have a Change Management Strategy in place and you will be a key driver in continuing the execution and refinement of that strategy.

The position is a 12-month maternity cover based in our office in Søborg.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you need:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree (or equivalent) in fields such as organisational development, communications, business administration, psychology or relevant.
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience in change management, training, and communication.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint), video editing tools (e.g., Synthesia, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro), different LMS and training systems.
  • Ability to create visually appealing training and communication materials.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills: written, verbal and visual.
  • Fluent in English, written and spoken

The preferred candidate demonstrates a strong service orientation, upholds high quality standards, and contributes positively to our team with a can-do attitude, managing multiple tasks simultaneously. They should be capable of working both independently and as part of a team.

About our team
Our Change, Culture & Value Realisation Team consists of 12 dedicated colleagues driving change adoption to maximise the benefits of the strategic programmes we support across the Regulatory, Quality and Clinical Reporting (RQ&C) business unit. RQ&C is an area of approx. 1.200 people, which is part of the Development area in Novo Nordisk delivering innovative treatment solutions to the benefit of our patients.
