The position
As an Omnichannel Engagement Partner, you will be assigned to support one or multiple HQ Medical Affairs teams.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Interpret the teams’ medical communication strategy and recommending digital multi- and omnichannel communication activities
  • Once projects are agreed, you will project manage the development and successful delivery of the activities with a group of Medical Managers, Legal & Compliance, agencies, and others
  • Use scientific data, HCP data, and medical activity data to inform activities & optimize performance - and continually seek to understand the impact.

Qualifications
To be a competitive candidate you should have:

  • A master's degree in communications, Business, IT or similar
  • 2-3 years of professional experience with multichannel/omnichannel campaign development (inbound, web, email, paid media, SoMeSome etc.) ideally, but not necessarily, from a pharmaceutical company or a medcommsMedco mms / digital / creative agency.
  • Experience with multi-/omnichannel journey development and data-based optimization.
  • A natural communicator and enjoy working with people from many cultures, professional backgrounds, and mindsets.
  • An adaptive and outgoing with an entrepreneurial mindset

About the Department
The Omnichannel Engagement team in the Global Medical Affairs department at Novo Nordisk HQ is committed to fully integrating data & digital communication channels in Novo Nordisk’s medical educational activities and ongoing medical dialogue with the scientific community. We are a growing team of 10 highly skilled communication professionals responsible for developing digital communication channels, bize-size modular content, and for engaging with the scientific community internationally and in select markets to inform and help educate new and broader healthcare professional audiences.
