Student Assistant within Digital Transformation

Join us in this role where you’ll be responsible for supporting digitalisation consultants and portfolio managers with tasks ranging from data analysis to creating reports for various stakeholders across the company. One of the support areas will be development and operations of our IT performance setup. This requires that you take ownership of the process and deliver understandable data to IT management. Based on thorough analysis with your colleagues, you’ll also validate and communicate with stakeholders outside of IT to understand and support their digitalisation requests at both strategic and tactical levels

You’ll be part of Digital Portfolios & Funding where you, together with your colleagues, will create transparency, which enables funding decisions in business and connect the funding from business to the relevant delivery organisations. Some of the core competencies within the team are thorough business understanding, management consultancy tools and mindset, stakeholder relationship management, and financial analysis and portfolio management.
As a team, we cover several areas and have a diverse approach to problem solving. We are a diverse group of people with many nationalities, backgrounds, and experience from 0 to 30 years.
You’ll play an important role in:
- maintaining and further developing of the IT performance setup
- making financial analysis and reporting to support portfolio forecasting
- creating material for decision-making processes at top management level
- managing systems and processes for portfolio management
- supporting your colleagues in ad hoc analysis and problem-solving support.
To succeed in the role, you:
- are currently enrolled in the last year of your Bachelor or have at least one year left before graduating
- work independently and take responsibility for your own work streams
- have excellent Excel, PowerBI and Powerpoint knowledge and skills
- are detail oriented with focus on high-end output
- understanding and interest of financial models & analysis
- want to work in a dynamic environment, with a positive mindset and a can-do attitude.
