Your mission...
As the Executive Assistant, you will be involved in a large variety of projects and tasks within the organization - from preparing weekly sales figures to organizing team events and onboarding new employees. You will be close to the decision-making process, and support and assist the Nordic General Manager and the Management Committee of the Business division with projects, presentations, and management reporting. Furthermore, you will be responsible for several administrative and coordinating tasks, such as organizing Nordic Leadership Meetings, visits from our global headquarters including booking hotels, organizing social events, etc. You will also be the lead for team engagement in the Professional Products Division, responsible for bringing ideas to create a stronger team culture for the HUB and country teams. This position is ideal for you if you enjoy structure and organization and being the team’s go-to person for practical questions and organization. You will report directly to the General Manager for the Professional Products Division.

Furthermore, you will lead the team engagement initiatives within the Professional Products Division, focusing on strengthening team culture across our Nordic teams.

You will...

  • Drive and organize projects and tasks according to the needs of the organization
  • Be responsible for the Nordic General Manager’s calendar, planning and booking of meetings
  • Be responsible for all Microsoft TEAMS channels within the department and make sure they are updated and structured
  • Collect data for reporting incl. extracting sales data for light analysis and top-line business reporting
  • You will facilitate the research, and follow-up on key strategic projects across the organization
  • Lead the development of international sales presentations and management reports in cooperation with the management team
  • Organize international meetings and visits
  • Overlook travel- and meeting budgets and costs as well as creating purchase orders in SAP
  • Update the division’s organizational charts regularly

You are...

  • You have 2+ years of experience as a sales- or marketing coordinator, assistant, or similar
  • You are a people engager, eager to onboard new employees and you thrive organizing team events and enjoy contributing to a positive working environment
  • Take responsibility and ownership for all or parts of the projects you are involved in
  • You are comfortable working with data and an experienced user of Excel
  • You are curious, have a positive and can-do attitude
  • You are structured in your work and able to handle multiple projects at the same time
  • You are a strong communicator, both verbally and written, incl. PPT presentations
  • You are comfortable working with a lot of confidential information
  • You are fluent in English, and preferably Danish as well

We are looking for an Executive Assistant to start as soon as possible. The employment will be fixed-term until the end of the year with the possibility for prolonging it.
