We are looking to expand our Foundational Service Team which is responsible for managing and evolving our Trading platform, securing high stability and low latency performance. This is a great opportunity for you to learn both the IT and business side of Trading. Working with skilled, international teams in a fast-paced, agile environment, you’ll play a part in making us truly digital. We all have a role in building the best bank that serves our customers’ changing needs – through innovative solutions, collaboration and partnering with fintechs.

Your future responsibilities

The team is responsible for configuring and maintaining the Trading applications and is the glue between Business and Technology in Nordea. We implement, configure and maintain 3rd party Trading applications and infrastructure within Markets Trading area.

The role contains a mix of working with IT vendors, low-level technical work and developing the business by exploiting our IT capabilities. You will work with key stakeholders in the Trading and IT organisation and have the opportunity to make a big difference and drive the business forward.

The role is based in Copenhagen and your daily work you will be working closely with the business users in Copenhagen. Part of our team is located in Poland and India.

What you’ll be doing:

• Manage and take ownership on 3th party trading applications / client
• Help and support Traders on our trading floor
• Manage work and delegate tasks to our Indian team
• IT compliance such as design documents, general documentation and changes

To succeed in this role, we believe that you have:

• Relevant educational background (e.g. Bachelor, Candidate or Diploma degree in IT)
• Windows, our trading client are running on windows workstations
• Network protocols (e.g. TCP) and tools
• Firewall, router or switch configuration
• English is our working language, so you must be fluent in written and spoken English
• Scrum Master skills
