SÆTHER AB, a leading distributor in the beauty sector, is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as our Retail & Education Manager for Sweden. This exciting opportunity is based in Stockholm with a focus on managing sales for our fast-growing Luxury & Niche portfolio by elevating the sales capabilities of our associates while ensuring enhanced customer experiences and meeting sales targets.

You will be responsible for our Point of Sales performance, developing training programs, conducting workshops and training sessions, and providing ongoing coaching to ensure that our retailer sales teams consistently are motivated to deliver exceptional customer experiences and meet the sales targets of the Brands in your portfolio.

Key responsibilities
You will be thoroughly introduced to our brands and products, and you will then be responsible for educating retailer sales staff on brands, products, and effective sales techniques. As the expert in your district, you will provide insights into market dynamics based on your experience in the field.

Furthermore, you will be responsible for:

  • Brand and Store Presentation: Ensure sales personnel convey the brand's image and maintain visually appealing store displays.
  • Performance Evaluation: Regularly assess the performance of our Beauty Advisors through role-playing, shadowing, and metrics analysis.
  • Do sell out on high trafficked days and events to demonstrate sales techniques and services to counter BA’s and generic BA’s
  • Feedback and Coaching: Provide constructive feedback and coaching to improve sales and customer service skills.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Emphasize exceptional customer service, active listening, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
  • Product Launch Support: Assist in successful product launches by training sales teams and collaborating with PR and Marketing.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of training sessions, attendance, and individual performance improvements.
  • Event Hosting: Lead impactful retailer and brand events, ensuring defined targets are met.

What we expect from you to succeed in this role
You are passionate about beauty and have a keen interest in the latest trends. You are driven by results and know how to drive each point of sales to the targets. Specifically, you enjoy working with Luxury & Niche brands and know have experience within this field. You are committed to delivering exceptional customer service through active listening and problem-solving.

Moreover, we expect you to have:

  • Proven experience in developing and implementing effective training programs.
  • Strong understanding of sales techniques, including upselling and cross-selling.
  • Ability to convey and maintain the brand's image through effective store presentation.
  • Proficiency in analyzing performance metrics and providing actionable feedback.
  • Proactive approach to identifying training needs and adapting to dynamic market conditions.
  • Detail-orientation with a focus on maintaining precise training records for internal evaluation.
  • Capability to lead and organize impactful retailer and brand events.
  • That you are not afraid to lead by example and sell to consumers when necessary
