The overall role and responsibility is to drive development of labelling and ensure compliances on the day to day work. To be successful in the role the process owner must be able to structure and facilitate the development in collaboration with the different stakeholders. We are in the beginning of a journey for implementing a new labeling software and you will be the pivot for a successful implementation. The system will enable Novonesis to ship enzymes to customers globally.

Strong collaboration with stakeholders is required both to align on direction and priorities, but also to ensure resources to support process development e.g. from IT, supply chain and regulatory. In the role you will have indirect leadership of our skilled offshore colleagues which lead the day to day development.

You will be part of a dynamic team with team members from various countries and backgrounds. Our team is responsible for delivering digital solutions to Novonesis supply chain globally. To do this we need to analyze processes, align with stakeholders, define requirements, look for solutions and drive the implementation. Team work is our road to success. Primary responsibilities:

• Label process owner

• Chairman label governance board

• Lead and facilitate strategic roadmap discussions for labelling

• Participate as either project manager or team member for supply chain projects

• Responsible for executing and leading complex processes.

• Oversight on complaint level and identification of root causes with relevant stakeholders

• Lead or be actively involved in implementation of process change

• Communicate process changes to relevant stakeholders

• Be anchor point towards coordination of IT development tasks

Minimum requirements

• Educational background at Masters level in science, engineering or other related field

• The role is global and requires external and internal collaboration with several stakeholders and functions

• Communication skills in English is necessary and extra languages a plus.

• Strategic/tactical mindset and the ability to translate overall business direction into process aspiration and requirements

• Knowledge of NiceLabel/Loftware/Smartflow and SAP solutions is preferable

• Experience doing process analysis is a strong plus.
