Are You Our New Senior/Lead Consultant in Construction with a Flair for Project Management?

About the Position
As a Senior/Lead Consultant, you will be an integral part of the client team, supporting various engineering and project management tasks related to design, tendering, execution, and improvement projects. You will act as the link between the client team and engineering partners (traditional engineering consultancy firms), contractors, and suppliers, contributing technical expertise and solutions to overcome construction hurdles. You will coordinate all construction activities, ensure key milestones are achieved, and facilitate clear and effective communication with the site construction team.

Your workweek will be dynamic, involving a mix of desk-based tasks and hands-on coordination on-site. You will have the opportunity to shape your assigned projects based on your previous experience and interests.

About You
We imagine you are a structured and solution-driven professional with a strong background in construction coordination, and we expect you to have the following qualifications:

• A technical background at bachelor's or master's level, specializing in civil engineering (e.g., construction management) or Constructing Architecture (DK: Bygningskonstruktør).

• 2-4 years of work experience; familiarity with heavily regulated industries and/or GMP environments is an advantage.

• Knowledge in design and commissioning within Buildings and Utilities.

• Experience with technical drawing programs such as CAD and BIM.

• Familiarity with project management tools, including scheduling and budget control.

• Experience in Construction Site Management is a plus.

Our work primarily takes place at client sites, with this role based in our new office in Odense. While you'll be connected to this office, the role requires flexibility for travel to projects within Zealand, especially in the beginning, as that’s where the current project needs are located.
