As part of our Technical Product Management team, you will join a growing effort to integrate machine learning and AI into our knowledge management and customer support systems. This is your chance to play a hands-on role in building intelligent tools that make a difference.

Design, Build, and Operationalize AI Across the Business
As an AI Solutions Developer, your work will span from prototype to production, ensuring scalable, robust integration of AI into business processes and digital platforms. You will:

• Design end-to-end systems incorporating AI/ML models, data pipelines, APIs, and integration with existing software.
• Train and test machine learning, deep learning, or natural language processing models tailored to specific business challenges.
• Operationalize prototypes into production-ready applications.
• Develop and maintain automated pipelines for data ingestion, monitoring, and processing.
• Integrate AI functionality into software products (e.g., company apps, webpages, SharePoint).
• Build and expose REST or GraphQL APIs that serve model predictions to other services.
• Monitor live models for drift, performance, and adoption.
• Tune models and pipelines for performance, cost-efficiency, and reliability.

You will collaborate with domain experts across the business to turn ideas into tools real people use daily.

What You Bring
We’re looking for a technically sharp, impact-driven developer with:

• 2–5 years of hands-on experience building AI-driven systems (e.g., chatbots, semantic search, automation tools).
• Strong Python skills and fluency in APIs (REST, GraphQL).
• Practical knowledge of AI/LLM frameworks (LangChain, Hugging Face, OpenAI APIs).
• Familiarity with vector databases and semantic search technologies (e.g., FAISS, Weaviate, Pinecone).
• Understanding of backend development workflows and integration patterns.
• Exposure to enterprise tools (Salesforce, SAP) and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).
• Containerization and deployment know-how (Docker, Kubernetes).
• A DevOps mindset and best practices around testing and maintaining scalable AI features.

You are curious, proactive, and skilled in bridging the gap between technical prototypes and enterprise-ready products.
