2011 – 2016 : IT Service Workplace and Asset Manager - Responsabile Tecnologie Informatiche

• Led the IT function of Service Desk Workplace Management for all the EMEA area within the multinational via ITIL Service Management tool and maintaining the Service Level Agreements sets, Coordination of the support teams, users support, documentation management and development of distributed software images and other wide-ranging projects.

• Participated in the complete restructuring of the IT service and, after few years, in the introduction of ITSM system in which I led the support team reaching the excellent SLA respected of 90 %

• As Asset Manager, managed governance projects as required by the Corporate for EMEA area, integrating their needs with our reality in all its aspects (Asset management, technological upgrades, OS and software distribution, CAD technical support and technology strategies)


2000 – 2011: System Administrator, IT and CAD Specialist, Support Coordinator

• Part of a four Systems Administrator and Support Engineer team who took care of server management, from Active Directory to Exchange, FTP, Intranet. Server & Data Backups, user management as well as software distribution via SCCM and IT / CAD license management

• Given complete both IT & CAD support to all our locations, from web or office apps problem to image creation & testing, including EDI, PLM and CAD 2D and 3D technical support and all the related management, both Server or Workstations side, everywhere: from our headquarter to any remote locations, italian and abroad
