Are you currently working as a Sales Manager, Category Manager, Product Manager or in a similar role in a relevant industry, ready to take the next step?

Then this is your opportunity. Moldex are looking for a General Manager Nordic, to take over from the present GM who will retire.

 

25 years ago Moldex opened the office in the South of Sweden to serve the Nordic market. Since then the current General Manager built up a small and effective team. He established a solid distribution network and positioned Moldex as a significant player in the field of respiratory and hearing protection. Moldex Nordic is part of a family run business that operates across eight regions in Europe, employing a total of 400 individuals.

We are looking for you to pick up the baton from our General Manager, who will retire, and continue to build on the foundations now in place.

As General Manager of the Nordic Region, you play a dual role of both an athlete and a coach. Your responsibilities include overseeing our brand, driving results in the Nordic countries, and ensuring sustainable sales growth.

 

What you bring to the playing field

  • Energy and passion for sales both directly and through motivating your team.
  • You look forward getting out in the field 50% of your time to drive results, traveling in Nordic regularly which means travels in Sweden and trips to Norway, Finland, Denmark and – not to forget – Iceland.
  • Common sense and a general business interest to run a small business unit, with the wide spectrum of tasks that come with that.
  • You can imagine yourself being a longterm part of an international company, with expert colleagues who are only a phone call away to advice and help you if needed.
  • You cherish your independence and freedom away from more corporate structures.
  • As a self-motivated team player you will report directly to the two Managing Owners of Moldex.
