Our innovative solutions have positioned us at the forefront of the industry, and we are now seeking an accomplished, strategic and visionary Chief Financial Officer to join our executive team.
 
Role Overview:
As the CFO, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategy and driving innovation within our organization. We are looking for a candidate with a strong foundation in finance combined with a track record in management consulting, strategy and/or M&A. Your strategic mindset, coupled with financial acumen, will be crucial in leading our business development activities and contributing to the overall success of the company.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Leadership: Oversee all financial functions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic alignment with organizational goals.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives and drive growth.
• Innovation: Drive innovation and digitalization initiatives within the finance function and across the organization to ensure best in class financial support and quick processing of monthly, quarterly and annually reporting.
• Business Development: Lead and support business development activities, including mergers and acquisitions, partnerships, and strategic alliances.
• Private Equity Liaison: Collaborate with the private equity fund to ensure alignment with their objectives and financial expectations.
• Risk Management: Identify and manage financial risks, providing proactive solutions to mitigate potential issues.

 
Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance with a background in management consulting or strategy.
• Proven experience as a CFO in a dynamic and innovative environment.
• Strong strategic thinking and business development skills.
• Previous exposure to private equity-owned companies is highly desirable.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
