SCADA Project Manager – Denmark

Your role

As SCADA Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing projects within the SCADA Operation, with a focus on onboarding new energy parks. Your responsibilities will include fostering team collaboration, defining priorities, and ensuring alignment with established goals. You will also be the SCADA application responsible, overseeing user and sub-supplier management.

Your tasks are mainly within four areas:

Project Management:

  • Planning: Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and risk management.
  • Execution: Track progress, maintain focus, documentation and address challenges.
  • Closure: Ensure project completion, gather feedback, and document lessons learned.

Team Collaboration:

  • Coordinate team sessions (planning, stand-ups, retrospectives).
  • Prioritize and plan tasks, manage schedules, and mitigate risks.
  • Promote collaboration in a distributed team and across different departments.
  • Optimize Jira usage within the SCADA team, ensuring effective communication.
  • Coordinate with IT/BI to create concise reports highlighting parks/units needing attention.

SCADA Application Responsibility:

  • Manage SCADA applications (Rotorsoft/Powerlimiter, Miscout, SPRECON-V460).
  • Ensure user access and functionality, in line with stakeholder input.
  • Implement NIS2 requirements in SCADA applications.
  • Coordinate with SCADA application sub-suppliers, fostering relationships and prioritizing tasks.

Collaboration with Internal and External Stakeholders:

  • Coordinate with internal departments.
  • Engage with external stakeholders including service providers and traders.

Your profile

To excel in this role, you'll need a degree in Electrical, Software, or Mechanical Engineering. If you have a Business Management degree and technical knowledge we also encouraged to apply.

You must possess strong collaboration skills with diverse teams and stakeholders, and analytical abilities for optimizing complex business processes.

Also, experience in sub-supplier management as well as a familiarity with SCADA, networks, and communication infrastructure. Besides that, you can recognize the following:

  • An understanding of the energy sector and renewable energy technologies is desirable.
  • Clear and precise communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Fluency in English (proficiency in German is an advantage).
