Inside Sales Specialist – North America

Help onboard new instruments in customer labs, qualify interested prospects, and sell service and consumables to current users. What we do

Our mission at Evosep is to improve the quality of life and patient care by radically innovating how protein-based clinical diagnostics are performed. Through collaborations with world-leading scientists, we work to develop new technologies and solutions to make LC-MS sample separation 10 times faster and 100 times more robust than today's alternatives.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Qualify new prospects interested in Evosep technology from marketing events.
  • Manage all customer touch points after the sale helping customers with onboarding including site prep, scheduling of installations, and in-lab training.
  • Contact current customer base and sell service contracts and consumables.
  • Maintain sales databases by continuously updating CRM systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in life sciences, Biology, Biotechnology, or related field.
  • Self-motivated to work from home.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish and maintain relationships with key customers.
  • Understanding of the LCMS systems, applications and work flows is a plus.
