Customer Center – Internal Sales Coordinator

The customer center serves as the interface between the sales managers, the customers, and the organization SKOV, both in Bangkok and Denmark. 

The customer center helps to identify and meet customer requirements; they manage and lead the dialog and communication. You will be a key function between sales and supply chain and will contribute to and develop cross-organizational processes, that support the rest of the organization SKOV. 

We are searching for a coordinator who can contribute to the ongoing implementation of the customer center in Bangkok, through our strategy “close to the market”. It is, therefore, vital that you have a high level of experience with global sales and customers in Asia and, at the same time, acknowledge and understand the role of being the link between sales and the supply chain processes. 

You can look forward to a great range of exciting and varied tasks: 

  • Coordinator between the sales department/customers in Asia, and the supply chain/main customer center in Denmark 

  • Make inquiries and quotations using our SAP ERP system.    

  • Responsible for our Asian customer master data in SAP.  

  • Responsible for warranty goods and return goods in Asia.    

  • Support, develop, and expand the workflow processes in our customer center in Asia. 

  • Support the other internal parties in conducting the forecast (sales, finance, etc.) by providing the necessary logistic and warehouse-related data. 

To be a success, we expect that you have: 

  • A bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field 

  • Experience with both domestic and international shipments to import-export products. 

  • A good understanding of the working processes and acknowledging the importance of discipline. 

  • The ability to work under pressure and limited timeline, and high responsibility for your work 

  • Interest in and can develop and maintain internal relationships and cooperation within the office in Bangkok, the headquarters in Denmark, and local sales managers around the world. 

  • Experience in international companies. Knowledge from European companies is an advantage. 

  • Software skills: Microsoft Office, in particular MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and MS Excel. 

  • Excellent knowledge of the ERP System SAP and Microsoft Office is an advantage. 

  • Good language skills: Fluent in English both oral and in writing  

  • Position is handling European markets and so working in European time zone would be expected

  • Thai nationality
