The position
As the new Health & Safety (HS) Supporter in OFP
Production DK, you will play an important role in promoting a safe
and compliant work environment.
Joining a newly established team, you will assist in implementing HS processes across OFP Production DK in collaboration with your HS Partner and a second HS Supporter.
Your responsibilities include:
• Providing support and guidance on HS matters within
production and projects.
• Assisting HS Representatives
and HS leaders in driving HS processes.
• Ensuring
compliance with Danish Health & Safety legislation,
regulations, and standards (e.g., ISO45001).
• Maintaining
HS training material and transitioning it towards a visual
training concept.
• Participating in safety inspections,
performance board meetings, and planning board meetings.
•
Collaborating with People Managers, HS Representatives, Work Wise
Trainer, electrical and ATEX/CE Responsible, and Environmental
partner.
• Driving selected HS improvement projects.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have:
• An academic degree within Health and Safety or a relevant
field.
• Project Management capabilities with experience
in planning, guiding, and supporting key stakeholders and team
members.
• Experience and a strong interest in the Health
and Safety area.
• Solid understanding of
ISO45001.
• Fluency in both Danish and English communication.

About the department
OFP is a business area located in two different production
buildings consisting of approximately 1000 people. OFP Production
& Business Support is a newly established area within OFP
Denmark, consisting of approximately 120 people, divided into
three departments: Technical Support, Warehouse Support, and
Business Support.
We are establishing a new team "Sustainability & Skills" with a focus on directing and executing our strategy within Circular for Zero, Health & Safety, and training within OFP DK. We adhere to a Triple Bottom Line strategy, ensuring a focus on environmental and social responsibility as well as economic accountability. The primary HS priority for OFP Production DK is to maintain compliance with our management system and cultivate a healthy and engaging work environment.
You will closely collaborate with the HS Partner and report to the Associate Manager for Sustainability & Skills, Catharina Kønig.
