Cloud Back-End Developer for Blue Ocean Robotics

Job summary :

The Cloud Back-End Developer will play a pivotal role in managing the complete Cloud Software Development process from conception to deployment of Cloud products for advanced robotics products.This position requires close collaboration with the Frontend, DevOps, and UI/UX teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of robust cloud-based solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in cloud computing technologies, and software development, and a strong understanding of scalability, reliability, and security principles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete cloud software development process from conception to deployment of Cloud products for advanced robotics products.
• Work closely with the Frontend, DevOps, and UI/UX teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of cloud-based solutions.
• Develop, sustain, and refine robust backend systems, encompassing databases, APIs, server-side logic, and the integration of RESTful API endpoints.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Implement and maintain APIs, microservices, and data storage solutions in the cloud environment.
• Monitor and optimize the performance, reliability, and cost-effectiveness of cloud infrastructure.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and cybersecurity regulations.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices in cloud computing.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience of at least 3 years in managing the complete Cloud Software Development process
• Proficiency in TypeScript (Node.js/Nest.js), GraphQL, Server-Sent Events (SSE) andMQTT are required.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, MongoDB, Google Cloud Platform
• Strong understanding of cloud-native architecture, microservices, and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Understanding of DevOPs principles are an added advantage for this position
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
