Head of Agile People Leadership Centre of Excellence

Join us in this role where you’ll set the direction for how to lead and develop people leaders in our agile people leadership organisation  and at the same time be responsible for a team of over a dozen of people leaders within the areas of Agile, Architecture and Service Operations competence centres across Denmark, Poland, and Malaysia. Your diverse team consists of a small Centre of Excellence where focus is on setting the direction for how to be the best people leaders in our Agile People Leadership organisation, supporting our approx. 50 people leaders globally, improving the leadership agenda across.

 

Welcome to People Leadership and Agile Practices
You’ll be part of the global IT People Leadership management team where you, together with your colleagues, will attract, develop, and retain competence centre leaders globally, and drive IT People Leadership through the competency leaders of the organisation in close collaboration with the agile leadership teams. The management team is a small, collaborative, global group with representation in Poland, Malaysia, and Denmark. At the same time, you’ll collaborate with our Agile Product Management & Design Centre of Excellence on setting the direction for people leaders in our agile organisation. As a team, we’re responsible for people, leadership and competency development ensuring that we always have the right people with the right competencies, who are developed on a continuous basis.

 

You’ll play an important role in:

  • setting direction for how we lead and develop people leaders in our agile people leadership matrix
  • taking responsibility for the competence strategy roadmap and identifying the need for new or updated strategies in the area
  • guiding the global competence responsible (GCR) through coaching, training, and coordinating all the GCRs in the area, making sure they deliver on KPIs
  • establishing and nurturing the very close collaboration with the Agile Product Management and Design Centre of Excellence, setting the direction for the way we work in our Delivery Organisations
  • being the reference point for global competence centre leaders within your competence areas
  • expanding our training academy concept in order to excel in internal training.

 

To succeed in the role, you:

  • have extensive experience as a people leader with a track record of building great, high-performing teams in an international setup
  • are well-versed in working with all parts of attracting, developing, and retaining talent
  • have experience building a strategy for a People Leadership area
  • are self-driven and used to the self-led, empowering, collaborative, and caring work style in which you manage your people leaders, confer with stakeholders, bring solutions to problems, and handle their agenda for them
  • have excellent stakeholder and change management skills
  • have understanding of SAFe and how an Agile operating model works.
