Awesome! But what will my new role be?

As a TA Team Lead, you will lead our international recruitment team of 9 skilled and dedicated colleagues at our HQ in Copenhagen.

Your main role will be to ensure an overview of the team's tasks and capacity and to allocate resources within the team. Although the team is self-driven and independent, you will still be closely involved in the team's ongoing processes, enabling you to provide sparring and guidance when needed.

Furthermore, you will manage your own recruitment processes and perform stakeholder management both internally and externally.
