Mechanical Engineer – Kolding

As a Mechanical Engineer, you will primarily be involved in solving assignments for our broad customer base across many industries. Here, you will perform various tasks ranging from project management of smaller and larger projects of shorter or longer duration, to tasks within machine design, product development, and structural design, among others. You will have close customer contact and will be responsible for agreements and project execution, where you will have an eye for new business opportunities. Tasks are carried out individually or in teams, either at DIS or as a consultant at the customer’s site. You will always be able to seek guidance from your colleagues at DIS, and you will also occasionally provide guidance and advice to colleagues within your area of ​​work.

With a strong technical foundation, you make things happen

You have a theoretical background as a maskiningeniør, diploma- or civil engineer. You are passionate about your field, stay updated with developments, and take pride in high quality and professionalism.

It is a prerequisite that you have strong skills in one or more of the following areas:

• Special machine design
• Process plants
• Device development
• FEM calculation

It is an advantage to have knowledge of:

• CE/machinery directive
• Robust design & tolerance chain calculation
• FMEA
