Mid-level QA Tester

BetaDwarf is looking for a passionate Mid-Level QA tester to join us in bringing our biggest game “Project F4E” over the finish line. The game is a hardcore fantasy ARPG with an exciting mix of MOBA and Loot & Extract mechanics.

The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, excels when working in a team and understands the QA and game development process. You will aid in ensuring on-time delivery of Project F4E within the given priorities and quality standards.

JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Mid-Level QA Tester, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our games by identifying, reporting, and tracking bugs and glitches that may affect the overall gaming experience.

You are expected to have a deep understanding of the gaming environment and the technical aspects involved in developing games, so previous experience within the gaming industry is required, but don’t be shy to apply and explain how your skills and knowledge from another industry is transferable to gaming too!

QA testers at BetaDwarf work embedded in our project's content and feature teams collaboratively throughout the development process. Our analysts leverage whitebox and blackbox testing methodologies to evaluate our games to catch defects as early as possible.This demands that our analysts are excellent communicators, collaboratively minded, and constantly develop their abilities to use shared tools as well as analytical and problem-solving skills.

You will report to our QA Lead and work closely with the development team and production to deliver the highest quality standards we aim to achieve.
