Group Marketing & Communication Director (CPH/LON/WAW)

Position:
As the Group Marketing & Communication Director, you will be responsible for the Group Marketing department; developing and executing comprehensive communications and marketing strategies to support the overall emagine strategy by elevating our brand, attract new customers, and drive revenue growth. You will lead a team of marketing professionals placed in Denmark, Germany, Poland, and Ireland primary, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to achieve company objectives. You will refer to the Group CCO.

Your base will either be at HQ emagine Consulting A/S in Copenhagen, emagine Consulting Ltd in London, or emagine Consulting Sp. z o.o. in Warsaw. If your daily base is not in Copenhagen, you should plan to travel to HQ CPH approximately twice a month for stays of 1-3 days.

The ideal candidate is a visionary leader with a strong track record of success in marketing, a passion for innovation, a deep understanding of customer behavior and experienced within Performance Marketing and ROI deliverance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve business objectives and drive brand awareness.
• Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and feedback.
• Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, including website content, advertising materials, and promotional campaigns.
• To some extent, also participate in the creative processes and execution of production in Digital marketing.
• Collaborate with sales and other teams to align marketing strategies with overall business goals.
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance, optimizing strategies and tactics to maximize ROI.
• Stay up to date with the latest marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.

Qualifications:

• A master’s degree in a relevant field of Marketing and Communication.
• At least 5 years of experience in a managing position from B2B within marketing, with a proven track record of success in developing and implementing marketing strategies.
• Hands-on experience and particularly within Digital Marketing.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing and leading a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire others.
• Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Passion for innovation and continuous improvement and carries a strong creative mind-set.
• Experience in tech-consultancy is a plus.

Process:
The overall process will be as follows: The initial and overall clarification between the candidate and emagine Consulting will be handled by the Group HR Manager. When basis for further process, an initiative will be made for the candidate and representatives from emagine Consulting to engage in a deeper conversation about the role, emagine Consulting, the candidate's presentation, and associated relevant details. It is anticipated to create a prioritized candidate pool, from which tests, test feedback sessions, and initial negotiations will be conducted.
Our current Marketing Director has chosen to transition to another role internally based on personal ambitions and is therefore also included in the recruitment process, and will participate in interviews, etc., along with the Group HR Manager and the overall responsible manager, CCO.
