Are you the CEO who will naturally lead the further development of a strong and solid foundation, in order to achieve ambitious strategic goals focused on increased profitability and future growth? If so, and you also reside near the factory, you might be the candidate we are looking for.

From a successful local production company to a scalable international industrial enterprise
After many years of responsible operation, the company now appears well-invested and has a solid foundation in systems, processes, and production that enables further scalability and growth. Strategic adjustments have been made over the years, with substantial investments, and the current challenge is to further develop the foundation based on the core business, ensuring a balanced development of both revenue and result. This will prepare the company for capitalising on opportunities in the coming years, being part of a strong and well-consolidated group of companies globally. The new CEO will lead, engage, and mobilise the organisation towards a transformation of a strong foundation into optimal scalability in processes, systems, products, solutions, capacities, logistics and sales. This will enable the realisation of market potentials through a continued strategic focus on sustainability and green transition in both products and market verticals. Your core responsibilities will involve:

Industrial leadership profile with commercial acumen and execution power
As the new CEO, you will have immediate responsibility for the strategic and commercial development, with a focus on implementation and execution. You come from a production company – preferably process industry with 24/7/365 production running. Your educational background is technical / engineering and includes experience as a CEO or Managing Director from a similar role, or maybe of a subsidiary within a larger group. Alternatively, you may view this role as the next natural step in your career, transitioning from your current position as COO with commercial acumen and an interest in a larger industrial company. Regardless, you possess extensive leadership experience, an understanding of cultural differences, and experience in cross-border interaction with sister companies or mother company. Experience with Eastern European culture is an advantage, and you are prepared to be visible, present, and assertive in the group of companies spanning different countries. As an individual, you have the ability to translate data-driven strategic analyses into the right tactical and operational actions. With financial KPIs and a solid understanding of balance sheets, you communicate and create clarity about the direction, ensuring support for change. Additionally, you are proficient in both Danish and English at a negotiation level.
