Do you have experience as a business orientated CFO in an international production company with subsidiaries across the Nordic region? Are you well-versed in financial management tools and business support processes that enable you to act as a strong business sparring partner for both the executive team as well as local management teams in developing the company going forward? Financial support of growth strategy through scalable processes and increased digitisation
Reporting to the company's newly appointed CEO (solid line) as well as Wanzl Group CFO (dotted line) you will be an integral part of the top executive team and will have overall responsibility for the finance/controlling, accounting and IT functions within the organisation consisting of total 20 employees. You are backed by a strong financial organisation consisting of a finance manager and experienced controllers and employees, allowing you to focus on making the right financial strategic decisions that supports scalable processes in all aspects to support future ambitions. Overall, you contribute to setting the strategic agenda for the company and play a key role in mobilising your organisation for overall success in executing strategic initiatives and ongoing operational responsibilities. Leveraging your solid business acumen, you provide precise analyses, challenging questions, and positive follow-up to ensure the ambitious business goals are achieved. Additionally, a focus area will be on digitising and optimising operational financial management tools to create transparency and visibility throughout the company and its subsidiaries, laying the groundwork for making optimal decisions for both the local management teams, the executive team and the owners. CFO with solid business acumen and optimisation mindset
You have a financial education, such as a master's degree in economics, business administration, or equivalent, and come from a similar role in an international production company with multiple subsidiaries and full value chain, preferable in the Nordic and Baltic Region. Your toolbox within financial disciplines is well-equipped, and you understand how to take on a strategic role in a growth-oriented company with significant complexity while also being hands-on and deeply interested in the figures and state of the union continuously. As a leader you are a strong team player known to have a positive and energetic “can do“ attitude. You set direction and mobilise your organisation for overall success through involvement, engagement and motivation. On a professional level, you are known to be business orientated and for your ability to communicate accessibly and concisely about financial topics and for having a good overview and being a step ahead in your analyses. You can act as such because you quickly grasp complex issues and can connect numbers with business understanding, allowing the overall business to navigate and manage complexity. This, combined with your hands-on expertise and execution power, makes you a sought-after sparring partner among both management colleagues and employees within the Group. You are structured and analytical and transition naturally from board meetings to the engine room. You have a firm grip on initiated initiatives and ensure they are successfully executed based on strong ethical standards and high levels of integrity. At the leadership level, you are expected to contribute with precise analyses, challenging questions, positive follow-up, and good humour. Additionally, you have a digital mindset, effortlessly mastering ERP and BI systems and showing interest in IT-supported processes (RPA).
