Specification Sales Manager

Then we have the perfect job for you as Specification Sales Manager at Kronospan. You will be working from a home office and residing in areas around Copenhagen or Stockholm.

Develop and execute a strategic plan to increase project sales in Scandinavia
You will report to the Sales Director, and your responsibilities encompass the commercial development and successful positioning of project sales in Denmark, Sweden, Norway, and Finland by establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key specifiers, architects, interior designers, and necessary supply chain partners. You will work closely with sales, marketing, and technical teams to ensure that products are specified and integrated into upcoming projects. The core tasks are related to the following:

Proven experience in project sales and business development
You are an experienced commercial sales profile with good technical understanding, preferably from related roles within the construction or building industry, from where you might already have built a strong relationship to some architects and interior designers. You have a solid understanding of selling, from one-to-one agreements through to month-long complex tender processes, including the presentations, budgeting, and negotiation this requires, enabling you to develop concepts and navigate in complex settings. You possess a strong drive and analytical skills, and your presentation technique is second to none. Your ability to ask questions ensures that you leave your meetings knowing that you have uncovered all possible aspects of needs and sales opportunities. On a more personal note, you are a strong team player who understands the importance of good relations internally as well as externally. You are hands-on and outgoing, and you work proactively, persistently, and in a structured way. Finally, you have excellent communication skills and master Danish or Swedish and English at negotiation level.
