In the role as Payroll Manager, you will contribute to our purpose of bringing people closer. You will ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll in compliance with regulations, manage workflow, oversee reconciliation and audits, maintain strong vendor relationships, and proactively identify and implement risk and opportunity strategies.
Your contribution is appreciated, and you will:
Ensure compliance with payroll, wage, and laws and best practices
Understand proper taxation of employer paid benefits and overseas/expatriate allowances within geography of responsibility
Develop ad hoc financial and operational reporting as needed
Develop documentation processes and procedures
Support the AP Manager and local teams in various process improvement and efficiency improvement initiatives
Facilitate audits by providing records and documentation to auditors
Manage the team resources against skills, workload, and availability
Accountable for meeting and prioritizing own targets and those of reporting members within agreed standards and procedures
To succeed in the role, we imagine that you have:
A master’s degree within finance, business or similar
Couple of years of solid experience working with payroll function across several geographies
Prior experience working within multinational or GBS/ SSC organization
Experience in managing 3rd party payroll vendors/ service
Great written and verbal communication skills
Attention to details
You have a knowledge and experience of ERP systems (preferably D365)
You are fluent in English (other languages are welcomed)
