POSITION SUMMARY / OVERVIEW

The role of BDM and Sales Manager Video reports directly to Sales Team leader and is to develop a strategy and execution plan to deliver Jabra’s financial targets for video in Japan.  The BDM and Salas Manager Video Japan will be responsible for the execution plan for video and achieving the targets associated.  The BDM and Salas Manager Video Japan will use all the resources at its disposal including all Jabra salespeople, marketing, alliance and support staff to execute the plan and achieve the targets.  The BDM and Salas Manager Video Japan will be the ‘subject matter expert’ for video in Japan and will work closely with Marketing and Partner sales team to ensure Jabra sales.
