Process Specialist

Overview

Within the PMO, the Process Specialist will be responsible to drive key initiatives within the global Project Management group, including 

1) setting up and maintaining the entire mapping of global PRO related processes into the SPS designated system, 

2) designing and maintaining the global project execution model, 

3) any other tasks and projects related to improvement of systems, etc. 

The process specialist contribution will lead to the develop and process improvement, evolve the best practices related to project management and project execution. Such initiatives are crucial for optimizing and seeking excellence in project execution, always seeking customer satisfaction, meeting contractual deadlines, improving quality, cost and, most importantly, the success of SPS.

The scope of the PMO is to standardize the project related governance processes and facilitate the best practice sharing of methodologies, tools and techniques.
