Field and Partner Marketing Strategist
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field and Partner Marketing Strategist to join our Global Marketing Team.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies with our global teams and partners to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute joint marketing programs and campaigns with strategic partners to enhance mutual brand visibility, pipeline growth, and customer acquisition.
- Contribute to the success of ABM programs with targeted campaigns designed to help open opportunities in target accounts.
- Design and manage region-specific field marketing strategies, including webinars, LinkedIn Live sessions, and industry events to drive engagement with key stakeholders in various accounts.
- Work with product marketing and sales teams to develop integrated marketing campaigns tailored to partner and field audiences.
- Coordinate and execute co-branded events and activities, including trade shows, partner summits, and virtual experiences that align with both company and partner goals.
- Collaborate with content marketing to create targeted marketing assets such as case studies, solution briefs, sales enablement tools, and email campaigns for partner use.
- Foster strong relationships with partners, field teams, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on go-to-market strategies and execution of co-marketing initiatives.
- Track, analyze, and report on the performance of field and partner marketing programs to measure effectiveness and optimize future strategies. Provide feedback on campaign success, leads generated, and revenue impact.
- Work closely with the sales, demand generation, and product marketing teams to ensure alignment of field marketing efforts with company-wide goals and KPIs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in field marketing, partner marketing, or a similar role, ideally in the B2B tech or SaaS industry. Experience in Governance, Risk, and Compliance is a bonus.
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful partner marketing programs and field events.
- Strong understanding of go-to-market strategies and co-marketing tactics.
- Excellent communication and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
- Data-driven mindset with experience in tracking and analyzing campaign performance.
- Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot) and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
