Manager – Visual Inspection - DP Production
You will be joining a team of five, consisting of a Production Planner, a Production Analyst, two Production Managers, and the Senior Manager, to whom everyone reports. Together, we form the Drug Product Production leadership team.
The team is based at the Drug Product factory in Kvistgaard, which handles various processes from formulation to packaging. In this role, you will lead a group of approximately 20 operators responsible for automatic and semi-automatic visual inspection. The team operates across three shifts from Monday to Friday. The work environment is informal, and you will have a significant influence on the team's performance.
This is how your work matters:
You ensure daily operations through manning plans.
You participate in various production related initiatives together with other departments.
You maintain and develop knowledge within your area of responsibility through regular process confirmations on shop floor and application of production data.
You ensure your team is continuously trained, work according to quality requirements and see your guidance and caring.

Experience from the pharmaceutical industry or similar regulated industry.
Preferably experience with leading unionized personnel.
Min. 5 years of leadership experience.
