Maintenance & Metrology Engineer

Great, we are looking for a Maintenance & Metrology Engineer to ensure the quality of maintenance and calibration operations of all production equipment within Drug Substance (DS) and implement continuous improvements.

You will be part of the Engineering Team where you will get nine passionate colleagues with various skills and backgrounds. The team works closely together and takes ownership of our production equipment. The team is responsible for all compliance aspects of our equipment. As a Maintenance & Metrology Engineer, you will play a vital role in keeping our equipment in compliance, running smoothly, and ensuring the ongoing accuracy of our measurements.  

In a dynamic and fast-paced environment, we collaborate closely with a diverse array of stakeholders and suppliers. Our team fosters a culture of open dialogue, mutual trust, and unwavering professionalism, all while maintaining an inspiring sense of humor. This role refers to the Senior Manager of Drug Substance Technical Service (DS-TS).

The Engineering Team is part of the DS-TS department, which consist of 35 competent and engaged colleagues, spread over three teams.
