We are seeking a qualified and experienced IT Compliance Specialist to help mature our IT Infrastructure compliance and IT Quality Management Systems (QMS). This is more than a typical IT compliance role—it's an opportunity to be entrepreneurial and operational, actively building and improving our IT compliance framework. You will significantly influence our development and processes in IT, drive change, and foster a compliance mindset within the team and organization. The role is located out of our Hellerup office. You will report to the Senior Manager of IT Compliance & Governance (also located out of Hellerup) and become part of a team of six people – the IT team counts for +50 people across all locations.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain procedures for IT infrastructure implementation, qualification, and operation.
Contribute to the project and operations phase for IT infrastructure, including qualification activities.
Develop and maintain a coherent IT QMS strategy that aligns with regulatory standards and internal policies.
Provide clear, practical guidance on compliance processes, including Change Control, CAPA, validation, and qualification.
Ensure compliance of IT infrastructure and systems with regulations and policies.
Enhance awareness and understanding of best practices in computerized systems validation, infrastructure qualification, and data integrity.
Your Profile:
You will become a success in this role if you have a consultancy mindset: able to provide clear and actionable advice, understand the business context, and proactively support internal teams. Including excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
You hold solid experience in IT Compliance (GxP) within the Life Science/Med Tech or pharma industry.
You have experience working with IT qualifications in the IT infrastructure area.
And of course, you are highly experienced with IT QMS and have significant knowledge of regulatory requirements. This includes an agile mindset to adapt to changing regulatory requirements and support the company's readiness for EU regulations like the NIS 2 Directive.
